General Info:

Contractors would work 100% remotely with scheduled virtual team meetings. Positions currently all start on an independent contractor basis, by project, but will hopefully grow into full-time roles. Must be legal to work in Costa Rica or US and have English language proficiency. Ideally you have some experience working as a team remotely, using project management software, team chat and video software.

• Using the Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop and Illustrator)
• Branding and logo design, creating and following brand guidelines
• Print and advertising layout design
• Social media and web banner design
• Some photo editing skills
• Web page mockups for desktop and mobile
• Some familiarity with WordPress and/or HTML/CSS to understand designing for web
• Bonus if you also can build websites in WordPress and take on a hybrid role!

Marketing Manager (with basic design knowledge)

Seeking an organized individual with a marketing background who has experience with:

• Building, sending and reviewing analytics for email blasts
• Social media management
• Ability to edit templates in Photoshop and/or Illustrator
• Blog posts and copywriting with marketing and SEO in mind
• Basic knowledge of SEO and Google Analytics

Web Developers with WordPress Experience

Looking for front-end web developers with some back-end knowledge

• WordPress expertise
• Experience building on WordPress from design mockups
• HTML, CSS, some Javascript and PHP
• Ability to customize a WP site with additional code, understand themes, troubleshoot problems
• E-commerce website experience
• Familiarity with setting up domains, hosting, email addresses, SSL, etc.
